You are two blocks from Ross-Aide stadium, four blocks from Mackey Arena, and the rest of Purdue campus is accessible. The West Lafayette Parks Recreation and Trail Map shows some fantastic parks, trails, and footpaths available in the neighborhood. My favorite is the Celery Bog Nature Area/Lilly Nature Center.
