The place is elegantly decorated inspired by the Palm Beach Regency style. It has all the basic items you need and is a great base place to commute between West Palm Beach and Miami. I replaced the dishwasher with a 2-1 wash/dry combo machine. For bigger items and faster drying time, you can use the laundry room right next door with the key in the kitchen's drawer.
I'm a single mom of 4 children, 1 girl and 3 boys. We live near by so we can can help you quickly. My father gifted this property to my son, who is on the spectrum, and I’m renting it out to help support him as he works a part-time job at a local grocery store. I truly appreciate your support by staying at our place.
Boca Raton is a very safe city including downtown area. Walking distant to restaurants downtown.
