This 3-bedroom remodeled gem nestled 10 miles from downtown San Diego offers the perfect blend of relaxation & adventure. Gigabit Wi-Fi. Hiking trails, golf courses, parks & a mall are just minutes away. Catch a show at the theater by night. Beaches, Balboa Park, the zoo, Legoland, Sea World & Coronado are all within easy reach. Rural quiet neighborhood filled with wildlife but quick freeway & mall (& Starbucks) access. You may park under carport or in the 2nd entrance of the circular driveway. The first driveway space upon seeing the home is reserved for the attached unit.
