Enjoy this cozy 1 bedroom apartment at the Casa Marina a 1921 home just 1 block from the Intracoastal and steps from amazing restaurants, shops and the Norton Museum of Art. Less than a mile from Downtown WPB, Kravis Center, Rosemary Square and the Convention Center. Dont forget about the beaches..... just 15 min car ride away. This apartment is truly in one of the best locations to enjoy WPB. The Serenity Tea Garden is just steps away and a favorite among locals for many years
