This new home offers a modern and minimalistic take on Flagstaff's traditionally rustic feel. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious back deck while taking in the beautiful views of Mount Elden. Multiple hiking trails can be accessed directly from the house or within a very short drive. The house is also a great take off point to explore multiple Arizona attractions including: Walnut Canyon, Sunset Crater Volcano, and Wupatki National Monuments all less than a 30 minutes away. Notice: As a condition of your stay, we require the acknowledgment of a rental agreement within 24 hours of your confirmed booking. You will receive a link to your rental agreement within 5 minutes of your confirmed reservation. If you would like to review this rental agreement prior to completing your reservation, please send us a message and we will gladly send you a copy to review. Security cameras are located around the exterior of the property facing the following locations: The driveway, front yard, upstairs deck, back deck and back yard. These security cameras will be on during your stay.
