Plus, it's just 30 yards from the beach! Relax on your private balcony and soak up the sea breeze while you enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation on Tybee Time. Prepare to be welcomed by the open floor plan that features a spacious living and dining area. The living area, which opens up to the expansive furnished balcony, features a large flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The dining table has seating for 6, with 4 additional stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and features all stainless appliances and granite countertops. The private balcony is a highlight of this coastal condo with ample lounge seating, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6. Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony for added luxury. Bedroom 1 also enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a half bathroom just off of the kitchen. Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach.
