The Breakers Unit #9 This north-facing Breakers home brings you splendid, panoramic views from Neskowin’s Proposal Rock to Cape Kiwanda and Haystack Rock in Pacific City. Extra windows give you ocean views from every room in this light, open retreat. Just steps from an easy beach access, Breakers #9 invites you on to the sand but waits for your return with loads of beauty and amenities. Updated in 2015, the home combines breathtaking views with sumptuous comfort, with leather sofas around a wood-burning fireplace and a 40” HDTV with sound bar, DVR, DVD/Blu-ray, Netflix, cable and Wifi. The dining table, with its mirrored backdrop to bring in ocean light, extends to seat 8. The extensively remodeled and beautifully appointed kitchen has kicky quartz counter tops, plenty of handy small appliances and even a quartz desk for office work. Light rules the upper story, where all the bedrooms and even the bath have picture-perfect views of the ocean. A queen bedroom with pillow top looks out to the ocean and has TV with cable, a king bedroom with pillow top looks north and west with a 32” TV with sound bar, cable, DVD and Netflix, and the east bedroom looks north to Haystack Rock.
