Modern spacious remodeled home on a quiet street in trendy Brentwood. Cooks kitchen with massive island & wine fridge. Backyard oasis fitted with a private heated cowboy pool, grill, picnic table, sonos sound system, yard for dogs with doggy door, & cornhole. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin beds, & a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Minutes from downtown, the domain, Q2 Soccer Stadium, numerous restaurants on burnet, and world-renowned shopping, you will enjoy the convenience of our location.

Brentwood park is down the street. Great area to ride your bike or go for a walk/run. Upscale neighborhood with no crime. Lot's of families walk their dogs daily. Little deli, a local favorite restaurant, is walkable from the house. Amazing sandwiches and pizza. Carport for one car. Driveway can fit another car. 2 cars can park in front of the property.
