My husband and I have lived in Fairbanks most our lives and now we are able to raise our daughter here. You can find us outdoors, enjoying all Alaska has to offer!

Perfect for large groups that want to spend time together and still be able to have private space without leaving the comfort of the home. The four car heated garage if traveling in the winter makes this home worth while. The open living space creates for a warm and inviting experience with beautiful windows looking out to the river. The deck gives the perfect spot for Aurora Viewing in the winter with minimal light pollution. During the summer months soak in the Midnight Sun over the Chena River.
