This home is new to the home away from home market, and we are enjoying the process of sharing our recently remodeled historic craftsman here in downtown Wilmington! We have been hosts since July 2024!
The historic neighborhood of Brooklyn is friendly and safe, typical of working city life! 25 percent of the surrounding properties are available for short term vacation stays, and the rest are occupied by private owners, some of which have lived on this street for more than 50 years! Downtown Wilmington is a vibrant, diverse and lovely city on the Cape Fear River- and from our location you can walk to multiple eclectic music venues, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, Brooklyn Arts Center and more. The iconic One Tree Hill Bridge is steps away from the front porch. If you prefer to drive instead of walk, check inside our house for a local's guide to the most affordable public parking! If this visit is for a Beach Vacation, we are a located close to three gorgeous NC Beaches- Wrightsville beach, Carolina Beach, and less than an hour from Topsail Beach and Surf City.
