Beautiful Amelia Island / Fernandina Beach getaway boasting plenty of space for vacations, gatherings, reunions and events! Recently remodeled & relisted 5-star 4-BR 3-BA cedar ranch, Less than 1 easy mile to the Beach! Short trip to downtown, shopping, golf & bike trails. Nautical & tropical touches, well-equipped kitchen, large dining table, warm inviting living area. Gorgeous live oaks, shade & privacy. Ample parking. New HVAC, washer/dryer, furnished patio, firepit, ping-pong, books, games & more. Come enjoy!
Happy Hubby and Father of Five! I live in Virginia, host an AirBnB in Florida and travel for work and occasionally pleasure (though not as much as I’d like). We try to make each stay a special experience. We are here to answer any questions from inquiry to departure and even after! Just reach out! In addition to the usual starter kit, we also provide some bottled water, coffee, and an optional bottle of wine at no additional cost! We have a guidebook here with some of our favorite activities and places to eat. If there is anything else we can do to make your vacation on the island special, please let us know. We love the Island and love to share that joy and experience with others! :)
