Why should you choose my property for your temporary stay? How about… Charming Old-West themed home of over 1600 square feet completely yours for total privacy. 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths, 2 living room areas with TVs and over 130 channels. Sleeps 10. Location, location, location! A 20 second drive or three-minute walk to gate 6 of the Iowa State Fair! Only 4 minutes from I-235, and 7 minutes from downtown Des Moines. 1 minute from Sleepy Hollow Sports Park. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for cooking, including drip coffee maker. If we don´t have it, we´ll get it! Deck for outside dining and gas grill. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Parking for three or four vehicles. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. As you can see, this property is priced well below most others in its category. Truly a rare find. We are clean freaks. Bathrooms and kitchen are sanitized. If you find one hair or dirty spot, we want to know about it! And finally... You will receive the best prompt, personal and caring attention from my wife and I. We are ready to serve you!
I love traveling myself and have been a guest at countless properties so I have a feel of what guests need. We do our best to make our guests feel welcome, secure, and have everything they need for an excelllent stay!
