This gorgeous home with 3+2.5 and a bonus room is in Calabasas. Bright and nice home with a cozy family room and dinning area, bbq grill and a pond, the size of a mini pool in backyard makes you feel like at home. Relax with your family and enjoy the Calabasas lake view. There is no garage, but There are spaces for parking in front yard. property is strictly no parties. Get together is for no more than 12 people. Calabasas Commons, amazing restaurants, farmers market, easy freeway access to 101 Freeway.
Nice and quiet neighbors.
