Property information

Comfortable 2bd/1bth condo is centrally located in south Orange County, mins from DT San Juan and 10-15 mins drive to beach cities San Clemente & Dana Point. Walk to historic Mission Basilica and just a 10 min drive to the closest beach, Doheny State Beach. Foam mattresses, gated patio w/gas BBQ, large sofa w/ smart TV +Amazon Fire stick & full kitchen. Community pool (hours vary). NOTE: NO overnight street parking (permit required). Small single car garage parking provided for one vehicle.

Neighbourhood information

Located in a residential neighborhood, next to an equestrian center and right off the local hills. Views are beautiful and condo is pretty quiet. The central location makes it easy to travel to any destination in south Orange County. Condo is a quick 4 min drive to the Amtrak train station, 10 mins to the coastline with several beautiful beaches and 15 mins drive to San Clemente Outlets where you can enjoy a wide variety of name brand shopping at a good price. Condo is very close the freeway exit Juniper Sierra Road (2 min). And 30 mins from John Wayne Airport (SNA).
