The property is nicely landscaped and integrated within the Northeast neighborhood known as the Hollywood district of Portland, Oregon. The 3 story house is a restored 1925s- era home and it is very well maintained. There are two units available to rent, each with a private entrance. One unit (Calm and Private room )is a lower level unit at the base of a stairwell and down the hallway. It features a nice large bedroom ,full bathroom , and a kitchenette with seating and is a very nice studio apartment.The second unit (Cozy retreat in the heart of Hollywood) is a larger multi level apartment with the full kitchen and living room and bathroom on one level and the bedrooms are on a second level down the stairs. The second unit has private entrances in front and in back. The second unit can host multiple guests easily. Its has a main bedroom with a second sleeping area attached. This would be great for two adults and a child who don’t mind sharing common space. Outside of the main bedroom ,also within this unit ,is a sitting area with a fold out bed that can also accommodate several people. These two units both have spacious bedrooms that offer peaceful and comfortable sleeping in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Bathroom facilities are clean and convenient. Sitting areas are large and attractive and furnished with Wi-Fi and cable TV. The house sits on a corner lot with ample street parking . A large front porch is available for reading, relaxation, and enjoyment of the beautiful surrounding properties and tall trees. The house is located a short walking distance from a nice public library, coffee shops, restaurants, and the Vintage Hollywood District Movie Theater of Portland. Freeway access to all of Portland is located in close proximity to the home .

I enjoy meeting new guests and keeping them comfortable and happy with their accommodations. I go out of my way to please my guests and I am usually accessible to immediately address any concerns or requests. I am literate and speak and understand English well. The Hollywood District is an established neighborhood of northeast Portland, Oregon noted for its historic 1925s-era Hollywood Theatre. This historic area of Northeast Portland has an array of treasured Old Portland features and homes. There is an increasingly modern part of town, yet this Northeast Portland district is home to an unusually high number of Old Portland features and buildings .Within a 15 minute walk from the property is a transit hub , the train goes in one direction to the airport and the other to downtown Portland . Also within easy walking distance of the Property is a mixed commercial and residential area including several grocery stores . The nearby Hollywood District on Sandy Boulevard features restaurants , coffee shops , antique stores and a variety of businesses. Note : The Hollywood District figures in Beverly Cleary's Kickitat Street series of books, a fact memorialized in a display at the Hollywood Library, which also provides a Beverly Cleary walking tour.
