Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Beginning December 1st, Candlewood Suites Polaris will begin preauthorizing residents of Franklin and Delaware counties a $150 incidental fee. Exceptions are made for reservations made for business purposes. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused by this policy change.

Please inform Candlewood Suites Polaris by IHG in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of US$150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
