Located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Riverside, this house is just a 3 minute drive to UC Riverside and Canyon Crest Towne Centre where you will find Starbucks, more than 10 Restaurants, Supermarket and more. Downtown Riverside, & historical Mission is 8-minute drive away. We are located within 70 minutes from Santa Monica, Beaches, Hollywood, downtown LA, Big Bear Lake, Disneyland, and many more. - Safe neighborhood: House is located in Canyon Crest, ranked one of the safest neighborhoods in Riverside. - One story house: Just one tiny step to get into the house. There is a low step shower with grab bars all designed with safety in mind. And the removable shower heads making shower kids easier as well. - Garage Parking: 2 Car Garage Parking with Tesla and EV charger for free. (Charging hours between before 4pm or after 9pm). - Bedrooms: blackout curtains, Medium Firm beds, high or low pillows to choose from, and 100% cotton sheets in all 4 bedrooms. Two of the Bedrooms have KING SIZED Beds. - Pool: Pool is Unheated. There is no hot tub on the property.
