Welcome to 4308 Captiva Sands! This 1st Floor Condo is located off Bay Vista Road, just minutes to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches with access to 3 Community Pools and Tennis Courts. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms, a nice open Living and Dining Room and a relaxing Screened Porch. The Ensuite Bedroom has a Queen Bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed and there is a Queen Sleep Sofa and Chair bed in the Living Area to sleep a total of 7 people. Updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Ironing board and iron available. Coffee maker and Keurig available. Smart TVs allow for internet access so you can use Netflix, Amazon Prime, CBS All Access and other internet TV channels for streaming. Bike or car ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk and all of the great restaurants and shops in town and less than 5 minutes to the Outlet Malls! Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Other: Twin Living Area: Queen Sofa Bed Guests can purchase a USD70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a USD3,000 refundable security deposit.
