Please go into bigger water if you want to boat, tube, or jet ski. Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed. • Before checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions. • Property damage protection is included to cover any damages to the premises during your rental period, subject to exclusions and limitations. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered by the policy and for costs exceeding the insurance limit. For stays longer than 30 days, please reach out to us with your inquiry, and we will coordinate with the property owner to confirm availability. Great location for fishing, boating, watersports, gathering, and golf. 5 minutes from I-26 and shopping/dining options. Very friendly and helpful neighbors. Gorgeous sunsets. Public launch that sells ice, beer, gas, etc. just across the cove. Several grocery stores and restaurants in the town of Chapin, 5 min away.
