Hello, my name is Doreen and I'm the Owner and Manager of PacificRentals in San Diego. Originally from Germany I moved to San Diego 18 years ago after falling in love with the city during a visit and have been very happy to call this wonderful city home for the last 18 years! I was fortunate enough to be able to travel to 60+ countries and work in 10 of them and love exploring new places and make friends from all over the world along the way. Yet San Diego is still my all time favorite place to come home to :-) I'm passionate about actually seeing REAL life and REAL people in each of the countries I visit and not just staying in a generic hotel. So as a vacation rental host and traveler myself, I am always trying to give my guests a great experience here in San Diego and the chance to explore and really get to know my favorite place in the world! When you come to San Diego, you want a place that is fun! “Casa California ” is my fun and colorful designer 3 bedroom and 1-bath apartment with a balcony and backyard in historic and trendy North Park (sleeps up to 10). The house was build in 1914 and was recently renovated and updated with the intent to keep the original charm alive!

North Park is a very colorful and vibrant community in San Diego. Just 3 miles from downtown and around the corner from public transport, which can take you San Diego “must-sees” like the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park, as well as the sun-drenched beaches that make us famous.
