I'm a personal trainer and gym owner. I offer training and semi private group classes at my home and outdoors. I partner with Templeton Vacation Rentals to manage my homes.

Property information

This spacious and comfortable family home is perfect for families or couples. Our home is on a quiet, dead end street in a quaint neighborhood and is short walking distance to restaurants, wineries, tasting rooms, Saturday Farmers Market and the town park. There is a large fenced yard with hot tub, BBQ and gas fire pit. Several outdoor seating areas on the wrap-around deck accommodate multiple people making it great for relaxing after a day of wine tasting or beachcombing.

Neighbourhood information

Templeton is a darling town, with a population of just 7700 people, with a quintessential Main Street, a beautiful town park and several acclaimed restaurants, wineries and boutiques. This neighborhood is clean, quiet and friendly. Having a car is best, but there is a bus stop located about a 7 minute walk from the home, at the Las Tablas Park N Ride. Amtrak stops in nearby Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are options here as well.
