Modern 4 bedroom house located in a natural, and very quiet setting. Zero cleaning fee. It is located a short walk from Sugar Creek. We are 1.2 miles from Tanyard Creek Nature Trail and close to the interstate.
Has TV's in 3 bedrooms and living rooms. A sun room, screened patio, back yard and beautiful open
concept. Large island in kitchen.
Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval. We may require a refundable pet deposit.
