Modern Rockport home, great for families and pets + canal access. Explore the large, fenced backyard, let your pet to run and play as the fence is completely protected from the canal. Sink your line in to catch a bite, enjoy fishing night or day with green fishing lights available. Fire up the grill and throw on the fresh catch of the day where you can enjoy from the covered balcony. The patio offers family fun with many games to enjoy such as ping pong, darts, and corn hole.
Casa Rockport is McDougall Custom Homes signature waterfront property. The home was completely remodeled in 2021. The remodel took over a year and no details were left untouched. The home is fenced around the entire property. Todd has 3 miniatures schnauzers and Trey has a cocker spaniel. They all love coming to the coast!
The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and safe. 90% of the homes have been remodeled or they are new builds. The canal opens up to the bay if you take a short kayak ride. Restaurants are all close and so is the local HEB. Check out our owners book for information on the best restaurants in Rockport. The food is incredible.
