CB Beach House is across the street from the ocean. You can watch sunrises, surf, swim, fish, relax and sunbath! A cool place to make memories and live the beach lifestyle. Watch the sunrises and maybe catch a rocket launch. 1.5 miles to downtown Cocoa Beach shops and restaurants. Downtown - Friday Fest is every 3rd Friday of the month. There’s plenty to do in Cocoa Beach but if you want to explore it’s 7 miles to Cruise Ship Terminals, 22 miles to Kennedy Space Center, 14 miles to Brevard Zoo, and 65 miles to Walt Disney World Resort and 65 miles to Universal Studios. CB Beach House is a great beach house to stay during your beach get-away supplied with beach gear and fun games. Sorry, NO Pets and NO Parties.
