The home sits on a corner lot with a fenced yard - mature landscaping provides a lovely backdrop for sweetly chirping birds and the sound of rolling waves which can be enjoyed from the ocean-facing balcony or from the privacy of a private courtyard. The house is masterfully designed to capture amazing views. Upstairs is the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a covered ocean-facing balcony/deck off the dining room - rain or shine sit out and enjoy the view!
