120-year-old charming completely renovated farmhouse by the creek. Just 2.30 hrs from New York City. Relax in a peaceful home with private access to a beautiful creek. Home is located in Hancock NY a beautiful fishing town in Delaware county surrounded by rivers & Catskill mountains & well known for the " Trout Fishing ". Close to Camp Hilltop and French Woods summer camp. The house is located 5 mins from the downtown and close proximity to Fishing, Kayaking, and Hiking, and mountain biking.
Hi I am Sunetra , me and my husband love Jeffersonville and Bethel , hence we purchased a house to enjoy for us . We have 3 kids , we live near NYC and in the weekend we go up to our cozy lake house to relax . Time we spend here helps us to bond as a family , we share family time without being distracted by technologies . The mountains and lakes takes away all our stress , we practice yoga and meditation with kids . We expect our guests to feel the same when they are staying in the lake house as we do . I believe life is short , there is nothing better than spending quality time with your family and friends ...and there is no better space than being in the nature ..
