Property information

Our home is clean, simple, and perfectly suited for family trips. It offers easy access to downtown Los Angeles, with most major attractions just about a 30-minute drive away. The location is also very convenient for driving, with quick highway access and hassle-free parking. Guests can enjoy all the essentials—air conditioning, hot water, and a full kitchen—making it a more comfortable and cost-effective choice than a hotel. Within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find restaurants, and shopping at Costco or Target is only an 8-minute drive.

Neighbourhood information

Guests love that our neighborhood is safe, peaceful, and family-friendly, while still being close to everything Los Angeles has to offer. With quick access to the highway, you can reach downtown LA, Hollywood, or popular attractions like Universal Studios and Disneyland in about 30–40 minutes. Within a short walk you’ll find local restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. Costco and Target are only an 8-minute drive, making shopping simple and stress-free. For culture and fun, the Huntington Library & Gardens, Griffith Observatory, and several museums are nearby. Many guests also enjoy exploring the local dining scene—we’re happy to share our favorite spots!
