Walking distance to beaches & a popular restaurant: Skipper Chowder House. This area is known for some of the warmest water on the Cape. Lots of outdoor space including a patio w/ outdoor dining, chairs, firepit, grill & an outdoor shower. TVs in the living room & all 4 bedrooms. Washer/Dryer. Tons of nearby restaurants, attractions + shopping. Only a 15 minute drive to the ferries that go to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard The space ★ Located in a great area of Cape Cod - surrounded by restaurants, shopping, family activities and so much more! ★ Walk to the Beach - only a 3 minute walk from the house.
