Studio guest house with its own entrance in a prime location! Guest house includes top of the line linens & bedding. Enjoy the amazing AZ sunsets in the huge diving pool or underneath the patio. The studio is attached to the garage & you will share the common areas w/ the tenants in the main house. Shared backyard features a wet bar, & seating area. Close to ASU, Tempe Town Lake, Sky Harbor Phx Zoo & exquisite shopping & fine dining! Amazing hiking, biking trails are within walking distance. Studio with queen size bed and kitchen. Kitchen is stocked with standard essentials and laundry detergent available for use. New mini split A/C unit. Guests can access backyard, patio area and laundry room that is located within the garage. This is shared with tenant in the main house. Echo speaker, Iron, Blender, WiFi, Diving Pool, Smart TV, Dual Brew Coffee Maker (K-cup & drip) full length mirror, black out shades, ironing board and weight scale. Blow up mattress in case there is a child or a friend that wants to stay a night or 2.

Close to 101 freeway and 202 freeway. Tempe is very pedestrian friendly. Lots of hiking near by, mountain bike trails. Walking distance to restaurants, parks and shopping.
