Property information

This cozy second story 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is a hidden gem located in the Little Oak Island Community! Our condo features a sitting/dining area with a queen sleeper sofa, wood fireplace and a fully appointed kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. The bedroom includes a queen bed with views of the lagoon. Large screened-in balcony overlooking the marsh and lagoon with additional space on the outdoor balcony.

Neighbourhood information

Downtown Folly Beach is located right across the bridge! Here you can find dozens of shops and restaurants while making your way to and from the beach. In addition to that, you can take a drive to downtown Charleston where you can find hundreds of shops, restaurants, and other city tourist attractions!
