Charming renovated home located in the heart of Gainesville. Close to UF, Santa Fe College, shopping areas and resturants, it offers ample spaces for friends and family to enjoy. An open floor allows the whole family to share. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and jetted tub for a relaxing getaway. Back yard completely fenced in for your children and pets to enjoy. Private garage space for two cars and drive way space for 4 cars. Large 70 inches smart TV with 100 Mb WIFI.
I grew up in Puerto Rico. I'm an islander at heart and love the beach and warm weather. I enjoy traveling, but within a budget (which is why Airbnb is so great!). I find happiness in little things, such as reading a good book or having a good conversation. I consider myself a low fingerprint guest; I'll leave everything as close to the original look as possible, so you'll barely know I passed through.
