This home features a welcoming feeling as soon as you pull up. A quiet golf community with tree lined roads will bring you into a private development away from the main roads. From the Front door you are greeted by beautiful, front yard. Entering into this ranch style home you will be amazed by the open floor plan with Smart Tv's, Solar Heated Pool. 20 Minutes from Tampa Airport Clearwater Beach and Local Attractions include Disney, Busch Gardens, Lego Land, Citrus Mall, Tampa Zoo and Aquarium. With 3 DAYS minimum policy reservation.
Hello, my name is Zhivko and I'm originally from Bulgaria. I live in Tampa with my wife and two daughters. I would be happy to host you and your family at our charming house. I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and to ensure you will be enjoying your stay. We offer salt water pool, heated with solar panels. Free Netflix on all smart TV's. I’m available 24/7 during your stay. I’ll be messaging you my number once you’ve booked with us.
All friendly neighbors in a Quite, Family neighborhood with no through traffic. All Students walk to the local school. 3 days minimum booking driveway provides 2 parking spots and parking is allow on the road. Uber can be used. Bus station, Stores and restaurants is 2-5 miles from the house.
