The space is a private one-bedroom apartment located on the First floor of the Victorian home. The space includes a full kitchen (dishwasher not operational), breakfast nook, living room, formal dining room, work area, full bathroom, one bedroom with washer and dryer. The space features Queen size bed, 2 large 65-inch smart TVs, leather sectional for your comfort and enjoyment. Please note: that the Washer and dryer is located in the basement so you must be able to navigate downstairs and back up the stairs. Access to basement is located in kitchen area
