Property information

Overlooking the picturesque village of Fleischmanns, this 1900's Victorian is the perfect place to relax after a long day on the mountain. Just a 5 min drive from Belleayre Mtn, 30 mins to Plattekill, Hunter & Windham, you'll be able to enjoy skiing, & snowboarding all winter long. In the summer, you can hike, bike, and swim in the nearby lakes and rivers. Stay here for Spillian weddings as well. This is the perfect getaway for couples & families looking for an all seasons escape! The house features original molding, arcitecure, and hardwood floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and the sitting room has a fireplace for cozying up on cold nights. There's also a private front porch with views of the mountains. The house can sleep up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. In the summer there is a public pool which is a 5 min walk from the house. Public pool hours & availability is not guaranteed by the Host.

5 mins from Belleayre Ski Resort and Pine Hill Lake! 30 mins to Platekill Hunter and Windham ski resorts 1 mile from Spillian Wedding Venue. 5 min walk from the public pool & park. Historic Fleischmanns is adjacent to both Belleayre Mountain Ski Center and New York State Forest Preserve Land. Visitors and residents can enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities such as skiing near all 4 resorts, swimming at Pine Hill lake, countless hiking trails & fishing in the Esopus Creek. There is also a ton of antiquing, local art exhibits and food & music festivals throughout the year. We are walking distance to downtown Main Street where you’ll find amazing local businesses such as the Village East Cafe, 1053 Main Art Gallery, Aegeans Flavor Greek restaurant, Goatie Whites & the Print House wine bar. The village offers access to a 5 acre park with tennis courts, playground & soccer field, not to mention a public swimming pool, all a 5 min walk from the house.
