This 1 bedroom loft is located in the A&P Condos. It has a two story window that creates a light and airy feel. It is steps from numerous restaurants, a boutique grocer, and an upscale bar. There isn't a better location in Montgomery! The two story space has a loft bedroom upstairs with an ensuite. The downstairs is an open floor plan with kitchen, living room, dining area, and half bath plus a large balcony with seating area. The complex itself, is quiet, secure, clean and centrally located.

You’ll be staying in the heart of Old Cloverdale — Montgomery’s most desirable and most historic neighborhood. It’s super walkable, with tree-lined streets, great local restaurants, coffee shops, and fun little boutiques nearby. You’re just a quick drive to downtown, the riverfront, and some of the city’s must-see historic sites. Whether you’re here to explore or just kick back and relax, this is a great spot to call home during your stay. From this condo, you can walk to Cafe Louisa, La Tratttoria Pizza, Filet and Vine (lunch and Boutique Grocer), Vintage Cafe (Breakfast and coffee), and Pine Bar for a drink. Seriously, some of these are right downstairs! There's lots of great food options to choose from within a short walk through the neighborhood!
