Owner/Innkeepers, Pamela and Richard, love spoiling their guests at Charred Oaks Inn and delight in sharing their love of not only the Greater Lexington area, but surrounding countryside as well. Prior to relocating to the Horse Capital of the World in 2015, they owned and operated an award-wining nine-room B&B in Maine. Richard is an artist and photographer and Pamela is a self-taught chef and foodie!

Charred Oaks Inn is a new, upscale Kentucky bed and breakfast. With only four large guestrooms and 5100 square feet of floor space, Charred Oaks offers distinctly personal service. Rooms are spacious and decorated with a mix of antique family pieces, modern furnishings and original artwork. The guestrooms offer king size poster beds with luxuriously comfortable bed linens, thick towels, comfy bath robes, and private en suite bathrooms. The library completes the experience with a fireplace and an original 1950's wet bar. A freshly prepared full gourmet breakfast is served daily along with sips & savories at check-in and homemade sweets and specialty drinks in the evening.
