Pet fee: USD 100
If you fail to inform us about bringing a pet before your reservation and evidence of a pet is found, you will be charged USD 175 instead of the standard USD 100 pet fee.
Note: Only dogs are allowed, and they must weigh below 25 lbs.
Check-Out Policy
Please note that all guests must vacate the property by 10:00 a.m. unless a late check-out has been verified, agreed upon with the host, and paid for (USD 40). If a guest or any member of their party remains at the property after 10:00 a.m. without prior arrangement, the following fees will apply:
USD 200 for the first hour after 10:00 a.m.
An additional USD 100 for each hour after 11:00 a.m.
If a late check-out is requested and paid 24 hours in advance, the new check-out time will be 12:30 p.m.
If guests remain after 12:30 p.m., an additional fee of USD 200 will apply for the first hour, and USD 100 for each additional hour, starting at 1:30 p.m.
House Rules:
- No Unregistered Guests Are Allowed. Please note: A fee of $200 will apply for each additional guest beyond the number of guests in the reservation.
- No Parties Or Events Are Allowed.
- No Smoking Is Allowed.
- The Property Is Suitable For Toddlers And Children Under 12.
- Eating Or Drinking In The Bedrooms Is Not Permitted.
- Guests Must Respect The Check-In And Check-Out Times.
- Guests Are Expected To Take Care Of The Furnishings; Any Damages Beyond The Security Deposit Will Be Charged.
- Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
- Furniture Should Not Be Rearranged.
- Guests Are Required To Wash Their Dishes.
- Guests Must Take Out The Trash Before Departure.
- No Illegal Substances Are Allowed On The Premises.
