Nestled just off Niantic River Road, this delightful home is steps from the scenic Niantic River, a predominantly tidal river in eastern Connecticut. The 5.2-mile river is crossed by the Niantic River Bridge, which carries Amtrak's Northeast Corridor and connects the towns of East Lyme/Niantic and Waterford. With fantastic fishing and kayaking opportunities, the river's mouth opens to the Long Island Sound, where you'll find tranquil waves and saltwater beaches within 1-2 miles. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride to explore nearby eateries, such as the renowned seafood restaurant, The Dock, Fat Tuna. Cross the bridge into Niantic to discover an array of charming antique, consignment and upscale retail shops.
