Welcome to Chico Creek House! We hope you love our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a hot tub, fire pit, bbq and game/sun room. Enjoy the park like backyard with private gated access to Little Chico Creek. This is a family friendly house, in a quiet neighborhood, a couple blocks from Baroni Park. Also located across from the new Meriam Park Development that includes restaurants, shops, shows and a dog park. We are only a 35 minutes drive to the snow! Enjoy a day of playing and sledding.
You will be provided with house info. and key code to the front door before your arrival. Please feel free to reach out at any time to ask questions. Our family lives in town and is always available to assist.
This is a family friendly house, in a quiet neighborhood, a couple blocks from Baroni Park. Lots of trees and nature in the backyard along Little Chico Creek. Also located across from the new Meriam Park Development that includes restaurants, shops, shows and a dog park. Lots of street parking. Need a car to get around.
