You'll have a spacious front yard and a large back deck overlooking the Wallowa River at Chimney Lake, a three-bedroom home where you can let the kids run and watch the water roll by on lazy evenings. Inside the home are two bedrooms - one with a queen and one with a king. The third bedroom has an outside entrance down one flight of stairs - a perfect space for a small family or the early birds of the group. They'll get to enjoy their own coffee bar and outdoor seating as the rest of the group wakes up. The large, open floor plan between the kitchen and the dining room keeps everyone together for game nights, meal prep, and movie-watching on the flatscreen TV mounted above the fireplace. The entry porch is where you'll probably find the kids, as the game table is located in this attached 'sleeping porch' that opens onto the wrap-around deck. There are three bathrooms in Chimney Lake - the first has a tiled shower/tub combination and the other has a shower stall, the washer/dryer, and the third is a half-bath in the lower king bedroom. Things to Know Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement. No cable service, but there is a smart TV. The third bedroom has an outside entrance down one flight of stairs. The downstairs bedroom does not have a bathroom. Guests will need to go outside and up the stairs to access one of the bathrooms. No fires or firepits are ever allowed due to the heavy timbered area and county restrictions. Do not exceed the occupancy or parking limits at any time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
