Stunning contemporary designed villa less than 2 miles from the beach, Pacific City, and Main St. Newly renovated, private entrance, gated community, recessed lighting throughout... Large open concept living space, large outdoor private patio space with a grill, and all the supplies you'll need to make it feel like you are at your home away from home! Laundry, fireplace, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a community pool right outside your door. This villa is newly renovated with all new cabinets, counter tops, lighting, flooring, carpet, appliances, and more throughout. Large open concept living space with a kitchen island, dining area, a fireplace, and a smart TV with Netflix for a cozy family feel. There are 2 bedrooms - one bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower/tub, double vanity, and 2 closets. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet with shelves, and the bathroom with a walk in shower right outside the door for convenience! Both bedrooms have smart TVs with Netflix. The hallway is where the laundry (supplies provided) is stored, with many cabinets for your belongings! Step outside to your large private patio, or take a swim in the community pool!

This villa is close to everything! You are minutes away from the grocery store, many restaurants, Pacific City, Main St. and the more. This villa is also under 30 minutes away from local big attractions such as Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. San Diego and Los Angeles are about one hour away. Looking to rent a boat, or go on a boat tour? You are about 10 minutes away from rental shops in Newport Beach that can take you on 2 hour tours, or even to Catalina Island for the day! You will be provided a welcome book inside the unit which has favorite local attractions, restaurants, and more! Huntington Beach has plenty of public transportation options such as the Metro Bus, Uber, Lyft, and more. This villa is centrally located - you can walk, bike, or drive just about anywhere!
