    Amazing home in a great neighbourhood. Jim served up fantastic breakfasts (he even made hard yolks for me … sorry Jim!) and had great advice on things to see and places to eat. We also loved Henry (dog) and Connie (cat).

Eclectic in architecture and decor, quietly grand yet casual. I live here, work here and have one cat and one dog. Nice but lived in, not stuffy, not pretentious....a work in progress. Lived here since 1992, started the B&B in 1996 on a shoestring budget after leaving corporate America. I work to maintain and improve as I can; it gets better every year! Main part of house has an older central AC system. Note that Withington Room next to owner's room and on the cooler side year round with smallest radiator for heat and strongest, loudest AC vent....if you don't like cool, chose another room. Schneider Suite has own private small bath with tub only but can come down one flight for shared shower that Withington and owner use. Madison Apt Suite is part of home w/private entry separate from owner's quarters. No pets in guest rooms and pets have no access at all to Madison Apt Suite.
Support Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland International Film Festival and PBS. Love cooking, food of all kinds, cats, dogs. Swim laps with a team at CSU, take long walks/hikes with Henry, the dog. Excelled in physics and math but have a BFA in Art History and post grad study in architecture. Career started as Art teacher, then management in shopping mall development, stayed in B&B's on business, got downsized and here I am! Also a licensed real estate agent.
It's called Ohio City and in many ways like a small town in the city. Presently the highest appreciating area in greater Cleveland in the midst of a residential, office and retail construction boom. Nationally known top ten neighborhood for breweries and restaurants! An artisan walkable neighborhood, heaven if you like to eat or drink. Leave the car and walk or Uber or Lyft! Boasts access to many hiking/biking trails in and around Cleveland and to Akron via Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Edgewater Beach on Lake Erie two miles. One mile from downtown Rock n Roll and Science museums and sports facilities. 4.5 miles to Main Cleveland Clinic and University Circle Major Museums. Lutheran Cleveland Clinic Hospital one block. Not squeaky clean suburbia; it's urban!
