Your search ends here. Welcome to Cliffs Edge. This is a custom, stunning, and brand new modern mountain home perfectly located on the East side of Zion National Park. Endless views and starry nights. The ideal basecamp to explore all that Southern Utah has to offer. 20 minutes to the East entrance of Zion. 1 hour to Bryce Canyon and 2 hours to the North rim of the Grand Canyon. Once you step out on the main deck and take in the panoramic views you will start to find excuses to stay behind and not go on the daily adventures. This home is the destination. Wide open floor plan with floor to ceiling glass, wrap around wooden deck and a gallery of windows showcasing the breathtaking surrounding red cliffs. Stepping off the large deck, you will find a stone path that leads to the cliff-side fire pit where you can enjoy stargazing and Smores while you recount the tales of your days adventures.
***Please note: The home can sleep 6 adults comfortably. There are 2x ottoman fold out beds in the loft area. Great for kids. Adults can sleep on them but are narrow. 8 guests allowed in home.
