The property is located next to the University of Missouri's East campus and Boone Hospital. The neighborhood is close to most of Central Columbia's amenities to include downtown, the University, Missouri, Stevens College, and Stephens Park. This property is in close proximity of downtown and is in within walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. The majority of people in Columbia use a vehicle for transportation to include Uber and Lyft.
