This property is located at Coastal Creek Mobile home park. We purchased the park and have been working diligently to remove all the old homes and bring in brand new units to create a Tiny home village feel that welcomes everyone to the beautiful San Luis Obispo Region. The property is conveniently located close to downtown, parks galore and easy access to the beach!
