Beautifully decorated coastal townhome. Property is equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, half bathroom and living room on the first floor. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has its own private balcony that overlooks the backyard Enjoy dining outside in the backyard or enjoying the fire pit after a long day enjoying the beach and all that PCB has to offer. There is a propane gas Grill available for use. Additionally there is a launch for the kayaks a block away from the property.

I really enjoy communicating with my guests and that I get to be a small part of their vacations. I strive for all of my guests to have a great experience staying at my properties.
The beach is located a few blocks away. You can drive or choose to walk. We offer a beach cart for your convenience to help transport your beach equipment. The lagoon is less than two blocks away. You can fish off the dock or launch canoes Grab your morning cup of Joe and açaí bowls from Finn’s. Walk to Schooners for dinner and drinks. Located near St Andrews State Park and other area attractions such as jet ski / pontoon boat rentals. Stop at deckhands where the kids can swim while you grab some dinner or captain Anderson’s for an upscale dining experience. Shell island is close and a quick ferry/charter boat ride away. Looking to explore where the locals hang out? Check out historic Bay Saint Andrews, about 20 minute by car, and watch the sunset over the bay at Uncle Ernie’s.
