Welcome to this inviting rental property, ideally situated near top attractions such as the Phoenix Zoo, Papago Park, and Camelback Mountain. Enjoy easy access to numerous hiking trails, golf courses, downtown Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and a variety of restaurants. Plus, the convenience of being close to the airport makes this location perfect for travelers. We are a family-operated rental, managed by myself, my sister, and my husband. This condo is located 5 miles or less from Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Tempe Town Lake just to name a few You will have access to one covered carport space. Additional cars can park in the unopened parking spaces.
