Enjoy this quiet neighborhood townhome located across the street from Ladera Golf Course with easy access to local restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers a contemporary southwest feel with each room designed around iconic New Mexico features, including it's name "Coyote Sol". You'll love taking in the sights of the Three Sisters volcanoes from the rooftop deck and possibly a glimpse at some early morning hot air balloons throughout the year.
My husband and I truly enjoy the hosting experience with running our short term vacation rental, especially with it being located just 10 minutes from our primary residence. We love traveling with our 3 kids whenever we can and finding new adventures and memories to share together. Jacob, my husband, loves real estate and helping families buy/sell homes while I run a wedding media company helping couples find their perfect wedding vendors through our magazine, wedding shows, online planning platform, and more. We have lived in Albuquerque for over 20 years and love the Land of Enchantment. We are available as needed by phone, in-person, text, or direct message throughout your stay.
Located across the street from Ladera Golf Course and with easy access to the freeway/I-40 for quick trips to nearby tourist attractions. Lots of local nearby restaurants, brewpubs, and grocery stores. 5 minute walk to a local bus stop, but we also encourage you to utilize ride sharing services, own personal vehicle, or a rental car for ease of exploring Albuquerque area attractions. There is one dedicated parking space available in the front driveway.
