All the essentials in the property, bedrooms with Smart TVs, walk-in closets, ironing board and iron, bathroom with tub, towels, soap, and shampoo, hairdryer. Easy access from master bedroom, across the hall from second bedroom. Living area with 55" Smart Samsung TV. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials, and access to the laundry room. Dining room, dining table can seat up to seven guests.
Retired from teaching in the public schools. I picked up BNB hosting and managing the beginning of 2022. I am learning from the best coaching team in this industry. Love staging the property, and absolutely love hosting.
The apartment building has four apartments, two on top of two. My property is on the bottom, apartment B. Easy access to the main street that leads to the Arlington Downtown entertaining area, and just 8 minutes from the AT&T Cowboys Stadium, the Rangers Ballpark, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, and more.
