Enjoy a game of tennis at the Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis facilities a short walk away, or relax with an afternoon at the beach. Back at home, you'll love having the choice of a 9-foot x 19-foot private pool and a bubbly hot tub. The game room, with a pool table and a TV, will provide entertainment for everyone in your party, as will the ocean views from the top-level loft/tower. For easy meals, prepare family feasts on the gas grill. Inside, take your pick of comfortable bedrooms, including three primary bedrooms (one of which has a jetted tub). Or, simply relax in the spacious living area with a gas fireplace. With amenities waiting around every corner and a fantastic location that's ideal for active families, Co-Pilot will steer you safely to a great vacation! No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
